2 female grad students seek a third (M or F) to share spacious
3-story, charming house, 5 min from Davis T stop on the red line
Quiet neighborhood, plentiful street parking with permit.

You would have your own TWO rooms - one 12ft X 12ft bedroom
plus an unheated study above it.  Washer and dryer in the
basement.  Lots of storage there.

We seek an older, quiet, friendly male or female, preferably
professional or graduate student who is responsible and conscientious about
keeping things clean and neat.  If you are handy with repairs, that's
a big plus.  Non-smokers please.  We're friendly, but busy and 
independent.
 
Would share large amount of living space (dining room, kitchen,
living room, pantry, large plentiful closets)  
Three cats reside there, which is probably enough pets.

Rent is $400 per person plus 1/3 of utilities (averages $50 per month ) 
plus one-time fee of $50 for share of common appliances (washer, dryer....) 
This is an awful amount of space for the money.

Move in time is flexible.
