Also interesting to note that one analysis I read on the differences 
between psot separation government budgets presented by the federalists 
and the soveriegntists that the sovereigntist estimates didn't account 
for Quebec's share of the federal debt.  Could it be that all along they 
were planning to tell the rest of Canada that we could pay the whole 
thing?  That Quebec would accept 0% as its fair share? {For the record, 
my information comes from, if I recall correctly, the Oct 28-30 issue of 
the Finacial Post>

In my opinion, that was the likely scenario.
