I just noticed that this lengthy whine about parking tickets was also posted to alt.stupidity. That is where it belongs! Why complain about the boot problem when you _don't_ pay your tickets?! It was the original poster's own fault he was ticketed so much, and it was his own reluctance to pay the tickets on time that earned him the boot and the service charges.
