                                Room rates:
                $60 (Canadian) per night for 1 or 2 people;

All rooms are air conditioned and have color television.
                 Indoor parking available (charges apply).

           Festival registration fee: $12 (Canadian), $10 (U.S.)
Pre-register to obtain an information package and a chance to win back your
                             registration fee.

Unstructured format, mutually acceptable scenarios, winner by Swiss
elimination. Minimum number of scenarios determined by attendance.

With last year's success in attracting some out-of-town players, the
Festival changes location in its fourth year to make it even easier for out-
of-town players to participate. The location change also gives continuous
access to the playing room. This year in addition to our graphically
enticing Certificates Of Achievement, we should have prizes. Several "name"
ASL players have indicated they might attend. All games reported on
players' tournament record will be forwarded to Russ Gifford, for
 application towards AREA ratings.

Hotel indoor parking, at guest rates of $7.00 (Canadian) per day, is
available for Festival attendees even if they are not hotel guests. We
have permission to consume non-hotel food and beverage in the game room.
The hotel, which has a restaurant normally open in tourist season, is near
a variety of restaurants, as well as shops and night clubs. We have room
 for about thirty players.
