In Japan, no one shares foods, clothing, housings and such. Japanese
government doesn't help you either. A good thing about this is that
people must do something in order to survive and people do not have
sex / make children irresponsibly as no one is going to help children.
Here, if you can't afford to grow children, for instance, someone else
/ government is there to help you. This, in turn, results in large
number of children under single parent (whether single or divorced).
Also it results in higher rate of unemployment.
