Where do you get LEGALLY?? You would have to falsely swear the value of the
contents. . . (should be interesting if the letter was just caught up somewhere
and gets found after they pay you based on your false declaration, then they
find it, and since they've paid you, it's theirs to open and LO!!! FAR less
than the amount you signed was in there. . .

I don't know about Canada, but I have heard that it is actually technically
illegal to mail cash in the U.S. . . ,  (sounds like a CYA response to thieves
like you!)

I used to think you were merely annoying, now I see you are an enemy, as well,
because you seek to contribute to the B.S. and hassle I get from Canada Post
where insured mail is concerned. . .
