ROTFLMAO!!!

Are you seriously saying that the Democrats don't try to get
information by spying on their opponents? I bet that they each
try like hell to get preliminary info about their opponent's
TV Ads before they're aired. That's just an example of espionage.

Now committing crimes, or covering up for others that committed
crimes, that's probably what you mean. There is no evidence that
Nixon knew about the crimes until after they were detected.

His stupidity was that he tried to cover the s**t up. Clearly
the burglary wasn't worth the risk, but there are stupid staffers
in every party/campaign.

Nixon tried to cover up the actions of others, and used gov't
employees to do it.

Clinton used Betty Currie to cover up gifts that were subpoenaed.

Clinton tried to cover-up, and caused Secret Service records to be
altered, or not properly kept.

Then there are the Clinton people reading the FBI files of political
opponents. Reading them in the White House. If yousay stupid staff
here, see my comments above about stupid staffers. You may want it
both ways, but you can't have it both ways. :-)

These are abuses of power. That, in part is what this is about,
though it doesn't get as much press as the sex parts.
