Not necessarily. Programs have bugs.

Yeah... but Netluser was written and is marketed by... Netcom! Therefore, if
it sucks in any way... well, ok, if it's buggy or incompatible with your
hardware, Netcom is the only place to go for fixes. Unless you are a programmer
with access to the source code.

Netcom is bigger than anyone else because they insisted on opening POP's
at a fast rate, and this caused problems with slow POP's like the one here
in Cleveland, and other problems (such as customer complaints). A lot of
customers are probably satisfied because they don't know of better alternatives
which do exist.
