And Netluser is known for them.  Which probably explains why Netcom 
tells people experiencing problems like this clown did to try some other 
apps.  And provides detailed instructions for installing and using them.

Honus is one of those assholes who doesn't want to know about other ways 
of doing things.  He wants Netluser to work right for him - which is 
ludicrous.  Not every software app is going to run the same way on every 
make/model of PC.  He doesn't ant to hear about hos to use something else 
- and netcom.internet (where I read this) is has several people as 
regulars who could give good advice on installing and using other 
applications.

Thats thier fault.  Finding other ISP's is rather easy.  many begginers 
books have coupons for national ISPs in them.  Almost every daily 
newspaer in the US caries ads for locals.  And The List is a frequent 
topic in Netcom groups.

Cluelessness is not an excuse.  Its a way of life.
