I say mostly because if Netcom did their job right, as far as marketing is concerned, then they would have tried to make themselves stand out from the others. Hell, I even got mail from Netcom (and CRL) this past month, and practically everyone knows I've been a customer of APK Net since before he was on the Internet.... But yeah, at this point there are enough alternatives that people can and should shop around. (But... many still don't.)
