I usually will limit the distribution on easy questions to "na" and
sometimes on really easy questions to "ne." If I'm asking something so
simple that I figure the whole world knows the answer, or it should be
a FAQ, I don't need to ask 1.6 million sites! 
  Of course, posting to New England (or is it North East <grin> don't
answer that!) gets a good chunk of Rte 128 expertise. A person out in
the wilderness somewhere might need to ask a wider area.
