Besides, isn't stuff like this covered in your licensing agreement,
Brad?  You could cut off a site if they broke the license by
intentional misconfiguration, couldn't you?

Dunno about the trademark stuff.  How current law (in most any area)
applies to NetNews appears to be without precedent and thus undecided.
(I like to think I know how the courts would decide, in
Berne-signatory countries, for simple stuff, such as my ownership and
responsibility for what I post; but for other more complex stuff, who
knows?)
