Not really.  With a few interesting exceptions (e.g., the Amateur Action 
obscenity prosecution), there are no novel legal questions introduced by 
the Internet, and no reason why normal copyright & trademark laws would 
not apply.

Berne is unconcerned with trademark; although there is another 
international convention, I believe called the Madrid Protocol, which 
deals with this;  I don't know what nations are signatories to Madrid, 
but it is nowhere near as pervasive as Berne.
