Calling Clinton names is unbecoming to intelligence. Haven't you discovered that yet? Clinton did the only thing that was opened to him at that time and this time. He released some of the oil reserves. Personally, I wish he had released them all. Drain the pond and perhaps the people will wake up. Necessity is still the mother of invention. Once oil is so rare that it can no longer provide energy needs to the world, we'll have a new source of energy.
