I don't believe this missing person post invades anyone's privacy. If you know where this guy is, then simply use your judgement as you see fit. If someone walks up to you on the street and says "hey, have you seen a guy with a red shirt go by here in the last five minutes?", do you assume the questioner has good intentions or bad? I think right to privacy and freedom of speech get in each others way alot. Sometimes you cannot protect both, so what do you do?
