Big mistake Phil, the hurricane didn't simply
materialize out of thin air the hour it hit NO. It was
being watched approaching for days. The damage it
could do was known. The heat of the Gulf waters were
expected to strengthen it rapidly, and the leeves were
known to be in a state of disrepair.

But the least we could expect is for his appointees
to have been following it, and not learn during tv
interviews 3 days later that people were dying of
starvation and dehydration, huh?

Which brings us to another very important question:
what makes you so stupid and unable to think?
I've wanted to know the answer to that question for
years now. Hope you've got a good, on point and
relavent answer.

  Cheers
 Obwon
