When Busted by the the facts you babble utter nonsense.  You have no 
concept as to what states rights are.  You complain about Fema, Homeland 
Security, the feds, the military not doing enough but you fail to 
realize that they can not just come in and trump the local and state 
authorities.  If they did that as you put it "Smear States Rights".  So 
which is it?  Are you for States Rights or are you against it?
