I travel all over the place (for personally enjoyment, mostly) and use the PATH to get to Newark Penn or Hoboken for NJT trains. The PATH turnstiles accept quarters, dollar bills, dollar coins, and 5-dollar bills. If you pay with a 5, you get 4 SBA's, and the coin turnstiles are a lot quicker. But the Mayor wants the MTA to take over path, so the fare would likely go to $1.50, just like the rest of the subway. I hope that if this plan goes through, there would be free transfers to and from PATH and NYCTA systems. Already, If I'm going from the village to midtown, I use PATH because it's cheaper, and generally a lot cleaner. -duc|<
