The green and cream one is originally from Muni.

The Christmas Trolley is Dayton City Transit 559. In a fit of
passion, the Miami Valley RTA got rid of most of the historic fleet in
the mid-80s, which is when 559 went to Muni. City Transit 515 went to
god-knows-where.

Since then, the MVRTA has "acquired" 4 (?) historic trolley buses:

Pullman 426 (1940's product) fished out of someone's backyard on the
west side of Dayton during construction of US-35 west (I am not making
this up).

A TMERL (Milwaukee) Pullman -- maybe #350. Was in a museum, but has
now ended up here in Dayton.

A Marmon-Herrington which has been stripped of the interior and of
much of the exterior paint

City Transit 900 -- A New Look-type Flyer (has the slanted window like
a GM Fishbowl), which has the motors from a 1930s Brill. Also, a
double wide rear door.

Of the four, only 900 may possibly be roadable, as I think I've seen
it lurking in the garage. I've never seen the other 3 on the street,
as they lack poles or other necessary running gear.
