Speaking of getting facts straight.. weren't *you* the one who equated
US WEST with _government_? I'm not sure I understood correctly,
but I think you also said we were wasting your money. Point A) We are not
a gvernment agency. Point B) We are not wasting your money, since THAT
goes to US WEST COMM, and, as I said, they had nothing to do with this.

And You still didn't get it. The Phone company is PART od US WEST. The division
that came up with this scam (as you like to call it), is NOT the phone Company.
It was actually US WEST direct/MRG, which is NOT COMM.
And no, I didn't personally help design or program this. But I did help
the guys out with computer related problems and my boss was involved. I 
know most of the people involved. A lot of them are not very computer literate,
but those are not the people making the decision OR programming.
THOSE are literate and know what they are doing.
