BEWARE: MEETING PLACE CHANGED THIS MONTH !!!

                         Monday, May 8, 7-9 pm
                             Graphix Zone
                    38 Corporate Park #100, Irvine
                 (southeast of Jamboree and Barranca)

In May, we will hold our second annual Internet Providers Forum. At least
30 companies offer Internet access in the Los Angeles/Orange County area.
We have invited them all and more; we already have commitments from a half
dozen. Each attendee will have a chance for a short presentation, we'll
take questions for the group, and you can talk with the representatives
individually. Those who can't attend will provide literature you can take
with you.

The UUASC is for all persons using UNIX either personally or professionally,
or interested in learning more about UNIX. We recognize all varieties of
UNIX, including (without prejudice) SCO, Linux, SVr4, Solaris, AIX, and OSF.
This is a good place to meet others with similar interests and broaden your
skills and knowledge. Generally, meetings include a technical presentation
on a hardware or software topic of current interest to the UNIX community
and a round-table discussion of current topics of interest to the group.

Please join us this month and bring along your friends or co-workers. Also,
please forward this announcement to others who may be interested and feel
free to post it on BBSs, both electronic and physical. If you receive more
than one announcement by email, please let us know so we can keep our lists
current. Thanks for listening.
