Please let me know how your departments are handling flex time.  Does it exist 
in your office?  What are the pros and cons of this being integrated into your 
office?  I am especially interested in the "greet the public" offices.  At Osu 
there were no raises for staff, so what are your offices doing for your staff?
The reason why I need to know this is because we would like to propose to our 
boss that flex time would be a real nice incentive for his staff, especially in
these budget times.  Looking forward to hearing from you all.  Bye
