Does anyone know if there is a federal regulation or law that says that if 
a person works 6 hours or more it is mandatory to take at least a one half hour
lunch? Does this apply to civil service only?  Are A&P under this law too?  I 
need to know. Looking forward to hearing from you.  One more question.  Do your
supervisors make you take a lunch and is there a rule about this in your 
specific offices. thanks
