GIVE the rich money?  GIVE?!?!?!?   How about, let them keep the money
they have already earned?  The first income tax was designed to tax the
rich, and it has gotten worse ever since.  This country is shifting from
the American Dream of "work hard, get money, buy house, live nice", to
an American Nightmare of "don't work hard enough to cross that next tax
bracket, and if possible stay low enough to get kickbacks higher than you
paid in, live in rental housing, and try not to get shot."
