You guys are >the worst utility company I have ever had to deal with. > Wow! When I saw the subjectI thought I had posted this when I was sleepy. USN managed to cut off my 1-800 and could not get it back on when my company switched to them. They then switched all my long distance when I just wanted them as a local carrier. They never, ever ever returned a phone call. They promised me a $100 credit for the 1-800 problems. I switched back to Ameritech and 6, yes SIX months later i got my one and only bill from USN. No credit. They then sent the same one every month there after.. Each time I called and explained I would pay if they would apply the credit, each time they would see the note in the bill about the credit, and say someone would call me back. No one ever, ever called back. Finally I called the PUCO (the phone number is on the bill) This resulted in a bizarre letter from USN where they stated they had applied the credit but it didn't show? and they would send me a check for $100. and I presumed a new bill. What have I gotten so far? 4 Weeks later? Nothing... AVOID USN! They offer no savings, all hassle and have the worst customer support I have ever had the misfortune of running into. When a supervisor promises they will call you back the next business day, and they don't... you have problems. CALL THE PUCO! Chet
