Basically a thinly veiled excuse for yet another expansion of federal power. the bill was born in the aftermath of oklahoma city, and continues to ride on the ludicrous promise of 'ensuring that this sort of tragedy will never happen again, etc'. Short of banning rental vehicles and fertilizer, this is an entirely impossible proposition. tell your congressman that our time and resources are much better spent addressing the causes of the hatred for the federal government, which stem from the very sorts of policies that this bill contains.
