Psst! Eating deep fried foods is very unhealthy regardless of the 
trans-fat content. The only thing that's different now is your awareness 
of how unhealthy the fat KFC uses is. Do yourself a favor and reduce 
your consumption of deep friend foods, regardless of their trans-fat 
content. Sure, trans-fats are very unhealthy, but its not like KFC's 
food will magically become healthy if KFC fixes the problem; the food 
there will become a little more healthy, but people who are overweight 
have no business eating at KFC on a regular basis.
