I don't prefer " undocumented " ... I prefer INVADER.

You are wrong again. Being in the country without proper paperwork IS a 
crime.

First offense is a misdemeanor .. but a crime nevertheless.

But that isn't the worst of it. The worst is that they commit other 
crimes. They come here with the express purpose of getting work and 
working here illegally is a crime --- what part of illegal don't you 
understand?
