Maybe I should mention these guys are Hispanic hard working and speak 
very little English. Is this taking advantage of them? or do you think I 
am treating them fair. I get the impression that you think employers 
abuse those less fortunate and take advantage of low pay.  and want to 
hire illegals for this purpose. Was just curious.
