I agree with everything Chris says except the Planned Parenthood
recommendation.  PPs are chop shops who are the nation's largest
provider of abortions.  They pretty it up with superficial "coun-
seling" -- but, the choices/alternatives they offer are limited.  


Instead, try a crisis pregnancy center (CPC) near you:

   CPCs Online, located at:

   maintains a comprehensive listing of pregnancy care centers 
   in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and Canada. 
   Any woman can simply look up her state and find a listing of 
   pregnancy care centers nearest her. 

   Other features at CPCs Online include a listing of abortion-
   related information (from abortion risks and dangers to 
   information on RU 486), an overview of ultrasound and fetal 
   development, and a listing of national toll-free hotlines for 
   emergency assistance. 

This way your friend will get the whole story before she makes
a CHOICE, not the one-sided scam that Planned Parenthood will 
foist off on her.
