I suspect this is flame bait.  It has a tag for misc.test, which means
if you respond to it, it will be filed in every test group on the net.
They will respond by sending you receipts. I dropped a one liner and
got about 30 receipts.  

It's an annoying type of practical joke. 

Ignore him. (Or think of something more clever.
