Try the Der Dutchman in Plain City (70 W about 45 min.), I believe it's right 
on S.R 42.  
You can order "family style" where they bring bowls of different foods 
(mashed potatoes, vegs., meat dish, etc) to the table to pass around.  They 
also had a salad bar when I was there. 
It's "down-home" cookin' much like you'd find on an old fashioned farm
and it's pretty good.
