I was going to refer you to the HRDC site at http://www.labourmarketinformation.ca/standard.asp?ppid=57&lcode=E for information on employment prospects in the Electronics/Computer engineering, but the site (that has only been up for a couple of months) appears to already have been taken down, just as its predecessor which provided information on the number of unemployment claims in various fields. Here is some information I gathered before the site experienced "technical difficulties" - I am not sure how reliable this information is: "> >Employment Prospects for Computer Engineers in > > > >Winnipeg "Good" > >Toronto "Limited" > >Montreal "Good" > >Ottawa "Surplus" > >Edmonton "No Result" > >Alberta "<Unknown>" > >British Columbia "No Result" > >Nova Scotia "No Result" > > > >Employment prostpect for Software Engineers in > >Winnipeg "Good" > >Toronto "Good" > >Montreal "No Result" > >Ottawa "Surplus" > >Edmonton "<Unknown>" > >Alberta "<Unknown>" > >British Columbia "No Result" > >Nova Scotia "No Result" James Sarasin <jsarasin@telusplanet.net> wrote in message news:<vInDb.14010$OJ.2086@edtnps84>... > Jee, I feel great, I'm about to go to DeVry in Calgary and take a > Electronics/Computer engineering program. :( > > > Elat Lerner wrote: > > > SoL (soundoflight@hotmail.com) writes: > > > >>cx172@FreeNet.Carleton.CA (Elat Lerner) wrote in message news:<bnm2dq$e1f$1@freenet9.carleton.ca>... > >> > >>>SoL (soundoflight@hotmail.com) writes: > >>> > >>>>Computer / electronics engineering jobs seem hard to find everywhere > >>>>these days... except for India that is.
