The Ottawa Section of the Society of Motion Picture and Television
Engineers monthly meeting is taking place Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 7:30
pm

Program-  Paul hearty, Director of the Advanced Television Laboratory
(ATEL), Department of Communications (Canada) will present an aupdate
on the progress of the five proposed High Definition Television
systems.  A demonstration of the system currently being tested will
follow the question and answer period.

Location-  Advanced Television Evaluation Laboratory,
           Suite 109, 600 Terry Fox Drive,
           Kanata

Guests are welcome.
