FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS?!? You've GOT to be kidding!!! I work for a mail
order business in Dover that ships VERY HEAVY ITEMS through UPS (50
lbs. plus), and I have YET to ship a package that cost more that
thirty bucks or so. I doubt that whatever you ordered from them could
have weighed very much. It seems to me that they sent it to you COD,
in an attempt to get more money from you.

This is bull. They sent it UPS because it's easier to rip you off
that way, and they stand less of a chance of getting busted for it! I
suggest that you give UPS a call and complain: 1-800-451-4550. It may
not do much more than get their UPS privledges revoked, but that may
be enough to prevent them from ripping others off!
