I have been following this thread silently.  When posting such
accusations about a person or company one must be extremely careful. 
Free speech is only a protection against state interference in that
right.  The private individual or company has the laws of defamtion,
slander and liable to protect against such comments.  Even if you
beleive you are correct, but find out you are wrong, you maybe liable
for such a tort.  This thread against Elgin Computers has been a
dangerously close to such actions.  I do not think thrashing a company
in open like this is proper and much more suitable ways to deal with the
problem should have been done.
