Change your ribbons more often. In other words, you know you simply have to show us a receipt with the name Elgin Computers on it, but you can't. Tell you what, if your tape can be traced to Elgin Computers, I will stand behind you, because I was informed they have a replacement policy with NO charges associated with it. If anyone has brought a defective part back and had to pay to have it repaired/ replaced at Elgin Computers, I would be interested to know. I called them and they told me there are no charges. Fair is fair - since they told me they replace it without cost, if you can show me it is from their store, I will stand behind you. But if you cannot produce your receipt then it ends with you giving an apology to everyone in the newsgroup. Terry
