who lost all of his equipment because he accepted a minor on his adult board 
(no illegal porno, i.e. beastiality or child porno), because this 16 year girl 
took her big sister driver's license and used it as a proof of age and signed a 
statement saying she was over 18.

Actually, Darryl is right, we might have the Charter of Rights, but we don't 
have a true freedom of speech in Canada... Find me the passage in the Canadian 
laws that certified freedom of speech and only then will I agree with you!
