  I think this is what I said.

  I have no problem with Bell and Roger's being in the "Internet
Access" business. That means I pay for X amount of bandwidth, and get
an IP address. The value of that IP address depends on some things (is
it routed? is it permanent? etc..) 

  But they do *NOT* offer email, news, web hosting, etc... anymore
than the presence of "Plumber" in the yellow pages implies that
Plumbers work for Bell..
