How do taxpayers feel about my government account getting flooded with junk
e-mail? All my pleasure time on the net is donw from home, like now. Business
is business, and over the last 12 years the net has become an indispensible
tool for getting my job done. This capability does not need to become
encumbered by heaps of junk mail.

Hey, whatever gets the job done. ISPs may not pay attention otherwise, and 
this problem needs to be dealt with NOW before it blossoms into somthing
that makes the net unusable.

Notice that in my first posting I said that I e-mailed notes, and kept notes.
Only when no action is taken against the offender would I consider mailing
uuencoded copies of MSWord, or something equally repugnant.
