I view this as a last resort. First, I would complain politely to the
postmaster of the offending system. If no action is taken, and the
spamming continues, *then* the gloves can come off and you can do
whatever's necessary to stop it. Remember that Canter and Siegel's ISP
dumped them, with a little encouragement from the rest of us. :-)
