You know...I just couldn't help be struck by the dichotomy of what
is being posted about PG&E in the Bay Area, versus in the Portland Area.

Maybe *this* is why so many Californians move to Oregon..better
PG&E storm service!

Here in the Bay area we are all up in arms because many have been
without power for going on the third day straight...there is much
decrying of the layoffs which have led to reduced PG&E crews out working
on the problem, etc..

Yet...in the Portland area:
