I lived in the LA area all my life (25+years) and the longest I've ever had power out was a couple hours. This is through major earthquakes, floods, torrential rains, etc. And under normal operation, power never went down (well, maybe a minute every 5 or 6 years) This is my 3'rd year here, and we've had at least a days outage each year. Is this expected? Considered normal?
