6130 SCSI drive error codes

I have been running a CDC-702 SCSI driveo n a 6130 for several months now.
I recently have run into problems with erros messages showing up all of the
time on my screen. The error message I get is "<Utek> sense key=1 extended
sense=15" "disk block number 274836". I reformatted the drive, fsck goes
through with no problems. When I went to run scsifmt it came on at first
and said "MPAT corrupted" three times. I got no errors formatting the drive.

Does anyone have any help for me on this problem?

Well, it appears that the drive is trying to seek to an invalid
position on the drive. Here's a (brief) list of SCSI errors that
I haved around here...

Sense key:

        0H: No sense (No error)
