[I hope this isn't a duplicate posting. My first attempt bounced...]

We're thinking we might be needing a lawyer to be there during the
closing on our house. Would anyone like to recommend one for us? Since
the sellers will be renting from us for a month or so, we'll need
someone who knows something of leases and that.
 
Any recommendations or disrecommendations would be appreciated.
