Charlie, how many more people need to tell you that you are
WRONG before you will realize it?   We are attempting to poll a random
sample of our customers to hear how they like our service, UNFORTUNATELY
you were called.  Amazingly enough, the response for customer satisfaction
is even higher than we thought internally.  Sorry we inconvenienced you in
the process of collecting this data.

Ehud, I think I want to bundle some select customers and deliver them to
you as an asset purchase.  Maybe your customer service reps (Mark B. &
Matt R) can help you point the select ones in the right direction.

Two come to mind -- 

	1)  The one that named me a 'telephonic spammer' because
	    we tried to gather some customer satisfaction data.

	2)  The one that negotiated his monthly bill because he 
	    wasn't connected at 33.6 and our advertisements state
	    that we have 33.6 modems.
