Charlie. Clueless-boy. When Primenet employees, consultants, hired help, or contractors call you, it's not a "third party." Third party means 'not a party of the first part' (that's you) and 'not a party of the second part' (that's primenet.) In this case the agency is part of the party of the second part. Besides, you've raised such a ruckus over a vendor calling to ask how you're doing, want the personal information of "rebecca" (why, did she sound sexy? Did she sound bitchy? Which is it that turned you off so?) It just shows Nathan's ethics, attitude, and maturity to even try and talk sense to you. If it were my business I'd hand you a $20 and tell you to fuck off. You don't know whether #they hired a firm or not do you ? They may have hired several or none. #And you don't really know do you ? You don't know the content or the #pretext of the call either. You don't know the person who made the call #do you ? You don't know that person's background and history do you ? # #There's a lot you don't know for someone who is trying to say so much. #But one thing you can know for sure is that Primenet gives out #confidential/personal information to telemarketing firms. # # #Charlie McCann #-- #http://www.primenet.com/~chasmc/maclinks/
