Hello. I have notice that when I dial in it will not accept my USER ID and PASS WORD. I have tried several cities in Arizona. Just what is going on with Frontier/Globalcenter/Primenet in Arizona this Friday night. Looking forward to support reply....

(602) 416 7000 or (800) 463-8386 or support@globalcenter.net. Their machines are up, I have a shell account there. -- ---------------------------------------- .-^-. scarter (at) pobox (dot) com .-^-. ----------------------------------------

I had this problem earlier this evening(like about 9 pm or so.). I called support and on the automated bit where they tell you the known problems, there was something about problems with the authentication process, and the expected down time was 2 hours. hth Note to primenet/frontier/global/whatever: I appreciate the notice and the time estimate, but 2 hours from WHEN? would it be possible for the announcement to state what time it was recorded, so we could have some clue as to when to retry? thanks, russ
