Yes, that denial of rights to English services exists in Education.
Recently a large group of "Italian" descent Canadians in the area got
the right to send their children to school in English. It had not been
recognized due to the fact that they had had a bilingual education at
an English school. My son has no right to go to an English school
though I am an anglophone. Education in English is dependant on
ancestry and education here. If there are not 5 years of secondary
French schooling in Canada of a parent the right is denied to a child.
So how about all the dropouts who are losing this right?

Our "Legal" rights are not equal.
