Lucky Luke, le cowboy
and premier of all Quebec
says he'll bring Bill 101
to newgroups on the Net

qc.general and soc.culture.quebec
are really, shall we say, distinct
... no class
... and no respect

But dat will change, says Bosse, captain of qc
the British will be running scared, I'm sure of dat you see
We climbed the bloody wall, old chap, I tremble with such fear
as chants of Vivre le Quebec libre
still ring in my left ear

If you know your history, mon ami, we were also there in France
in a world war to protect all freedoms, and save your precious ass

But don't forget, my brothers, the big bad OLF is here
the language police are watching, Normand Lester was there
gestapo of the New Quebec, these cowards of the night
forcing you to tow the party line, forget your human rights

The Sons of Wolfe had fallen, in the battle of '44
to free the French at St. Andre, and the Jews who went before
You do not hear the pipes again, my brothers, of those who died in pain?
Their cries of freedom for this land, or was it all in vain?
